The Spiralfix Spiral Slicer
can quickly, safely and easily turn fruits and vegetables into long julienne spiraled slices ready for use in all your favorite recipes. Simply open the lid, insert fruit or veggie, close the lid, pick your spiral size, from 4 different widths, and turn the handle while gently pressing down. Spirals are easily cut using two cutting blades made of hardened stainless steel, that leave very little waste product behind. The base container that collects your food spirals comes with a lid and is detachable for easy storage or cleaning.
